नई दिल्ली (एएनआई /पीटीआई)। PM Modi Speech on 74th Independence Day 2020 शनिवार को 74 वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर पीएम मोदी ने लाल किले पर राष्ट्रीय ध्वज फहराया। इसके बाद देश की जनता को संबोधित किया। पीएम ने अपने संबोधन में आत्मनिर्भर भारत, कृषि विकास, देश की सुरक्षा और कोरोना वायरस जैसी महामारी से निपटने जैसे मुद्दों का जिक्र किया।
जम्मू और कश्मीर में परिसीमन की कवायद हो रही
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि जम्मू और कश्मीर में परिसीमन की कवायद की जा रही है, देश इस काम को पूरा करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है ताकि चुनाव हों और वहां के जनप्रतिनिधि चुने जाएं।

जम्मू-कश्मीर के लिए विकास की नई यात्रा का वर्ष
पीएम ने अपने संबोधन में जम्मू-कश्मीर का भी जिक्र किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह एक वर्ष जम्मू-कश्मीर के लिए विकास की नई यात्रा का वर्ष है। यह एक वर्ष जम्मू और कश्मीर में महिलाओं और दलितों को मिले अधिकारों का वर्ष है। यह एक वर्ष जम्मू-कश्मीर में शरणार्थियों के लिए गरिमा के जीवन का वर्ष भी है।
पीएम माेदी ने कोरोना वायरस वैक्सीन का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि आज भारत में तीन टीके परीक्षण चरणों में हैं। जैसे ही वैज्ञानिक हरी झंडी देंगे देश में बड़े पैमाने पर उत्पादन शुरू हो जाएगा। Today three vaccines are in testing stages in India. शादी के लिए न्यूनतम आयु पर पुनर्विचार
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि आज हमने अपनी बेटियों की शादी के लिए न्यूनतम आयु पर पुनर्विचार करने के लिए समिति का गठन किया है। समिति द्वारा अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के बाद हम उचित निर्णय लेंगे।
महिलाएं भी देश में आगे बढ़ रही हैं
पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि जब भी महिलाओं को अवसर मिला, उन्होंने भारत को गौरवान्वित किया और इसे मजबूत बनाया। आज, राष्ट्र उन्हें आत्म-तैनाती और उन्हें रोजगार के समान अवसर प्रदान करने के लिए निर्धारित है। आज महिलाएं कोयला खदानों में काम कर रही हैं तो हमारी बेटियां आसमान में फाइटर प्लेन उड़ाते हुए छू रही हैं। Whenever women received opportunity, they made India proud & strengthened it. समृद्ध भारत के निर्माण में शिक्षा की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका
प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि आधुनिक, नए और समृद्ध भारत के निर्माण में शिक्षा की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। इसलिए, हम तीन दशकों के बाद नई शिक्षा नीति लाए हैं जिसका पूरे देश में स्वागत किया गया है, जो नए आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ाती है।
पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि 2014 से पहले केवल 5 दर्जन ग्राम पंचायतें ऑप्टिकल फाइबर से जुड़ी थीं। पिछले 5 वर्षों में, 1.5 लाख ग्राम पंचायतों को ऑप्टिकल फाइबर से जोड़ा गया है। आने वाले 1000 दिनों में, राष्ट्र के हर गांव को ऑप्टिकल फाइबर से जोड़ा जाएगा। Only 5 dozen village panchayats were connected with optical fibre before 2014. In the last 5 years, 1.5 Lakh village panchayats have been connected with optical fibre.
