Famous writer and columnist Chetan Bhagat starts a campaign name- मेरा नेता चोर है. This campaign gets full support from celebrities and young thinkers all around the world.

Chetan today started this campaign via his blog saying, “I’d like you to write something on your forearm, and display it wherever you go.  Using a pen, write in thick lettering, “Mera Neta Chor Hai” and wear it everywhere – in college, office, shopping malls and buses. Post a pic of it on your Facebook profile. Let people ask you why you have written it, and then explain it to them. From the neighborhood aunty to the auto driver, everyone must know what is going on.”

This campaign is inspired from Deewar, the hit Amitabh movie in which few people writes ‘Mera Baap Chor Hai’ on his hand.  The dialogue that time had gained enormous popularity.

Many of Chetan’s fans have written the line on their hands and pasted the pictures on their Facebook walls. Anupam Kher also supported the campaign run by Chetan.
