More than 12,500 students were awarded degrees and PG diploma at the 9th convocation in Rajarshi Tandon Open University (UPRTOU) at Phaphamau, Allahabad here on Saturday. The governor of UP and chancellor of UPRTOU Ram Naik awarded the Chancellor`s Gold Medal to Brijbhan Yadav for scoring the highest marks among all students. 12 girls and only six boys were presented gold medals.
