B-town’s MBBS muna bhai loves to have tandoori chicken. Healthy and spicy tandoori chicken is marinated in yogurt lemon juice and plenty of spices then grilled or broiled.


Guys, do you remember Munna bhai’s jadoo ki jhappi and want one?  just offer him tandoori chiken. I am sure Sanjay Dutt will surely give one in lieu of tandoori chiken , I think this is the best way to blackmail the bumbling cop Chatur Singh. Check out this recipe of tandoori chiken and try it at your home. Ingredients for Punjabi tandoori chicken 8 Large Chicken pieces 2tbs Lime Juice Salt to taste 3 Dried Red Chillies 2tsp Coriander Seeds 2cloves Crushed Garlic 1"piece Grated Ginger 1 Clove 2tsp Garam Masala 2tsp Chilli powder 1/2quantity Chopped Onion 11/4cup Yogurt Folow these steps  to cook Punjabi tandoori chicken
1. Make slits in the flesh of the chicken pieces and rub lime juice and salt over them. Keep lime rubbed chicken aside for half an hour. Grind dried chillies, coriander seeds, ginger, garlic and clove together. Mix the paste with garam masala and chilli powder.2. Heat a pan and sauté the masala. Add onions and fry. Pour yogurt and stir well. Remove the pan from fire.


3. Arrange chicken pieces in a dish and pour over the yogurt mixture. Refrigerate the marinade overnight or at least for 4-6 hours. Arrange the chicken on a broiler tray cook it in a pre-heated oven for 20-30 minutes or brush oil over the chicken pieces and cook in a gas stove turning over till both sides are done. Keep pouring oil and masala over the chicken pieces in between.
