In this non-alcoholic drink you're going to combine orange, lemon and lime, shake it up with an egg and top with soda. Combine 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp lime juice, 6 Tbsp orange juice, powdered sugar and 1 egg yolk in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled Collins glass. Top off with the sparkling water. Stir gently. Garnish with the orange slice.
